SPECTRUM
DG VOX voice logger can record thousands
of hours worth of audio onto a hard disk, while maintaining
the true fidelity of speech. The way it works is simple.
When a telephone is picked up, recording starts. Along
with the actual sound file, searchable information is
stored along with it. When you need to replay a call,
you can simply search by criteria such as time, duration,
caller ID, or call recipient.

DGVOX
is an invaluable business tool built with innovative
voice compression technology. DGVOX can record thousands
of hours of audio on to a tiny disk or tape without
losing the true fidelity of speech. Its built in Automatic
Gain Control (AGC) function enables DGVOX to tolerate
changing telephone line conditions. Once recorded, this
voice data can be stored and organized in many different
ways. DGVOX uses the system hard disk for initial storage
of voice records. For external storage or backup purposes,
Magneto Optical (MO) disk, Digital Audio Tape (DAT)
and DVD RAM can be used. Back-up time date, length,
channel and dialed digits are noted on the respective
media for easy archival.
Voice-search
feature allows any of the thousands of voice records
to be searched, accessed and played instantly. Further,
DGVOX operates on industry standard Commercial Of The
Shelf (COTS) hardware using Windows NT Operating System.
It also includes unmanned operation through the use
of RAID technology, integration with other ATC systems,
sophisticated e-mail alarm notification, fully redundant
operation and the supply of software allowing customers
to integrate recording on the same platform as other
solutions thereby saving cost and space.
